Purpose: In light of the projected shortage of radiologic technologists, it is the purpose of   this policy to enhance the recruitment and retention of students in Radiologic Technology  programs in the Greater Kansas City area through funding.

Eligibility: Individuals must be enrolled in a Radiologic Technology program at Penn Valley Community College, School of Radiology in Kansas City, Missouri or at Research Medical Center School of Radiology, Kansas City, Missouri.

Application Requirements:
1. Scholarship program is funded by The Research Foundation. These scholarships
     range from $750 to $1,000 each.
2. Must have minimum GPA of 3.0 to be eligible to apply.
3. Completed applications must be received by March 1. Notification of awards will be
    made by June 1 and funds will be distributed to the Radiology School by August 1 for
    the fall term.
